Ascendiant Capital Markets LLC and Ascendiant Securities LLC are registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as broker-dealers, and are members of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC).

Ascendiant Capital Partners LLC and Ascendiant Capital Group LLC, the parent companies of the broker-dealers, are direct investors in publicly traded, emerging growth companies, and in private companies that are going public.  These Ascendiant entities target investments in small-cap and micro-cap publicly traded companies listed on NASDAQ, NYSE Amex, the OTC markets, and selected foreign exchanges, while seeking to invest proprietary capital across a wide spectrum of industry sectors.
